These terms explain use of rougewinery.com, its inquiry and vendor forms, and optional event communications from Rouge Winery & Events Hall. A separate written booking agreement or ticket purchase terms govern a confirmed event or purchase.
The website provides information about Rouge’s venue, private events, and upcoming public events. Availability, capacity, pricing, and services depend on your event and must be confirmed with Rouge. Submitting a form, selecting a preferred date, or discussing an event does not by itself reserve space or create a confirmed booking.
Request a proposal for your date, guest count, layout, and requirements. Confirm all included services, fees, taxes, deposit and payment requirements, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and vendor rules in writing before booking or paying. Starting prices are not deposit amounts or a guarantee of a particular package. Capacity depends on the approved layout and spaces used.
Check the individual event page and ticket listing for confirmed times, age restrictions, admission, and availability. Where tickets are offered through Eventbrite or another provider, review the price, fees, refund policy, and purchase terms shown there before purchasing. An event-update signup is not a ticket or reservation. Event details may change; contact Rouge if information is unclear.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a vendor space. Rouge will contact selected vendors about event details, requirements, fees, and deadlines. Confirm acceptance and applicable terms before making arrangements or payments.
Provide accurate information and use contact details you are authorized to provide. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious material, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. Contact Rouge to correct an inquiry or application.
If you opt in, Rouge Winery & Events Hall may send event updates and promotional communications. With the appropriate consent, text messages may also concern your private-event inquiry and planning. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of a purchase or inquiry.
